We are seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. In this role, you will play a critical part in data mapping, systems requirements gathering, and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interview business and technical staff to define system and project requirements.
• Document requirements for mapping and validating data to support data collection, transformation, and centralized repository building.
• Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Interpret data from multiple sources to determine implementation data points based on business needs.
• Communicate business concepts and expected functional behaviors clearly to the development team.
• Create comprehensive use cases, and design and execute test cases to validate solutions.

• Must have an MBA, or its foreign equivalent.
